Good Formula Session.

My arms were shot after 5 mins on the thing and the cold water didn't help either, although once I'd got comfortable all felt ok. Had a good hour and a half of sailing, and there was no significant windchill.

The new Deboichet fin makes the board a little looser and it felt nice, especially over any small chop.

I found a nice little patch of consistent wind in order to get some fun downwinders and hopefully some more wind will be available this week.
