My first go with falcon speed board and a bit of a struggle to be honest. There was too much south in the wind for comfortable flat water conditions. Quite gusty and then seriously windy towards the end.

A hanging on and walking day..for me!   Very gusty wind and broad to the beach which meant the course wasn't flat, but had increasing chop down the run!  Pleased with the scores on the doors, and equally pleased with the Isonic W54.  Its more like a fast slipper.  The Tectonic Falcon 26cm held in well....thanks for the recommendation Ian

Should  be some serious speeds posted today..the big guns were flying!   Well impressed with Scotty and Tom, both youngsters amd both coping embarrissingly well!

Oh it rained a lot..the stinging type!  Average wind direction around midday was 215 degress.

Not enough sail at first, too much at the end and no crossover. Had one good run early on when a squall came through. Changed to my smaller board and fin at the end but far too much sail at that point. Had to leave as the wind settled, gutted!

All going well then splat my beloved 6.3m is no longer, at least I didnt end up in casualty!

New board, new PB didn't feel exceptionally comfortable. More practice needed

The final run back downwind from Osprey Quay to where I rig up, turned an OK session into a PB session. Not a great windsurfing day really, there was a lot of walking back up the beach today and I only got 6 runs. With only 4 over a 30 knot average I wanted to last one to count.

The last run was in a bit of a lull but was probably the only run I got properly settled and sheeted in.

New PB's for 5x10 sec (just), max, max 10 sec, 100m, 250m and 500m.

There were some incredible squalls and torrential downpours and it was all a bit too southerly for my liking, another port tack session... I'm definiately improving on this tack.

Max display 34.77 knots.

Never in any danger of breaking my 40knot Portland duck today.  Never felt comfortable in the gusty conditions and lost my edge after a 38 knot crash...it was very broad most of the time...and this has to be one of the fastest sessions doing runs often unhooked! Portland PB's for 10s av. 10run, 500m, 250m...next time I'll nail the 40kn.  It wouldn't be a big deal if it was easy!

Well happy to break the 40 knot voodoo at Portland Harbour, could'nt find good trim though, not sure if it was me or the conditions.

Think it can be faster here for me with a bit less chop and a better angle, today was 215 degree wind, I think 225 is perfect. Well done Pete who nails this spot in any conditions...Great skills.
