rigged the 6.6, squalls came through and I expected the wind to pick so changed down. Wrong decision. Lot of wind but only in gusts so I didnt have enough sail to get really lit up. Crap session.

First outing on the W44

at last got over 30 not avg (just) , yippee

went for the 6,3 ram would normally said bugger that and gone 5,8 or lower but thought got to try , also dragged out my 80 litre f2 thought got to try it been in shed too long . good decision worked really well , but did feel over powered and not really in control, but the speeds i was starting to get had to stick it out.

alas could'nt gybe the 80 litre , and the wind dropped a bit later on so i struggled to get going so swapped for the falcon which i also managed a couple of peaks of 31.4 knots

pretty stoked tonight ,  by the way do i get a badge and/or certifcate

Jim, you nailed it today.

Top bombing mate.

So glad I made my own way down today. To spend an hour driving home with your beaming grin would have been too much.

Well done to all the speed merchants today.

It was nice and flat on port tack today, all 5 x 10 sec on port tack.
