Didn't look up to much at 8am so came back at lunchtime.

Felt faster in the lumpy conditions!

managed a quick session before wind dropped off ,direction beat me today very bumpy but nice sail in the sun . I CURSE WORK

Great session of testing and tuning.  Changed to use seat harness that I am trying to get sorted.  Tryed mistal 2013 Slalom 112,  95 Speed, 2010 110

Sailed I tryed Gaastra Vapour 2013 and Tabou

Fins I tryed z-fins and F-hot with the Select v-max

Enjoyed blasting with the boys and could hold my own againced Ross Williams a lot of the time...until he sheeted in and seemed to be able to just turn it on!

missed the good wind today, went for an hour after work but got stuck in a lull and gave up. Wind picked up again after I had got changed. 5 sessions in 5 days and I deserve a rest

when i left it was howling  one hour 40min in friday rush hour  get there 2 runs and nothing 

 no one on beach car park empty  beutifull sunshine  and sunset   Out came the panama cigar   all stop !

all i can say is every tiny little helps    oh and when i get home its still howling in my back yard !   WHAAAT ?  i still love it 

Port was difficult, quite gusty and downwind over chop was dicey

Wind had really droped so hooking up patches and gusts was hard work
