Brilliant, made my 20knot alpha at long last. Really chuffed. The alpha was done in the first 10mins when I was on the Kode112l, I then changed down to my mistral95 which was 2knots quicker but a lot harder work. Didnt last long, but great to get out and see the Matrix and Normski.

Very pleasant morning sail in warm SW winds.  For a while Lea, Matrix and myself pretty much had the harbour to ourselves!

Bit of speed (slowboat today)..bit of cruising..bit of Alpha practice. 

Local knowledge didn't help with the mile attempts..kept running out of juice at about 3/4 mile!

combined session 1.5hr this morning with normski and the bus plus 1 hour tonight with camel.
