114km so quite a trip there with the Long distance boyz.

Good speed, good trip, good friends... what else...  rain and cold ? LOL 

Good day of sailing on the Grevelingen together with Dennis, Brendan and Jeroen. Nice trip over the lake.

Needed some wind to set my runs today, in the end I set my quickest runs in the very last minutes of the session.
