a nice hour when I arrived in the afternoon,

unfortunately ,angle changed and rolling came... bad luck !

but happy to have a track this month :p

First day LFR today. The start didn't went very well, I couldn't relax. Too much heartbeat and too much going on in my head. Started with C3 Slingshot 23cm (thanks Haal). When I got my tuning better I switched to the Sonntag from Ray and immediately I did one proper run. PR on the run and PR on max 2s while I didn't noticed at all while doing the run. That one went very smoothly.

So it was time to go to the car and eat. I received some good tips from big Ed by whatsapp and I was ready to go again. Unfortunately the wind shifted and their was suddenly much more chop. So we stopped.

Althought I wasn't zen today, the results were pretty OK for me. In GPSresults my max speed was logged in the result window as 80.838 km/h. So I guess I earned a wodka gingerale!

Congrats with all the PB and Wouter with his 80km/h (max speed software)

The beach is nice!!!!!! Only 3 shallow spots on 2,5km!

Second run was directly a nice mile, fourth attempt was nicely powered, but with lulls.

After our lunchbrake the wind changed and was not nice anymore, so early stop today for dinner and DSP :)
