Fantastic trip from Enkhuizen to Stavoren and back. Learned a lot from using slalom gear on open water.

Fantastic trip from Enkhuizen to Stavoren and back again with about 15 other surfers. At Enkhuizen the wind was almost zero, so decided to go with the 9.4 sail. Along the course the wind picked up to about 22 knots, which made the trip mostly about keeping control in the chaotic chop. Changed to 8.6 in Stavoren for the return trip, which was already an improvement, but 7.8 would have been a better choice for the day. All in all a great experience.
