out at 10.20 a nicer feeling today, a few runs felt "karptahos" with wind all the way, but not so strong. And after 20 min, big holes in the wind, after a lunch nap the weind picked up agian, but also big holes. When I left, the wind picket up again.... But the Oyster cut in my foot is getting worse so, I stay on land for a while now!
