Not a great session for me, just one of those days where everything is a struggle. JUST improved my 2 sec PB so happy with that but missed out on completing the Nmile.

Still, better than working eh !

Bit of cold water therapy for my broken foot. Was able to sail but got a way to go with this injury..  Gybing and bear offs into chop was not good.
Think I'll give it another month before I sail again. :-(

could have been such a good day, but the wind never really held, first run of the day was the best, but still not fully powered, never seen the tide so low the channel was so narrow!
