Well we had a great forecast from the met office... 30mph gusting 50. Spring low... Could have been great blasting conditions on the slalom board... Actual conditions were no wind most of the time with the odd gust... Was rigged and ready to go by 9.30am with the small slalom board and new X15. Once the tide was low enough got on the water and straight into sinking mode... which lasted most of the session... Anyway did a few laps of good old mounts bay swimming... LOL. Although had the impact vest on so didn't use much energy. Stayed in for three hours so hopefully burnt enough calories to make up for the huge pasty I've just scoffed!!!
