First try out of the 96 Isonic, really enjoyed the session, swapped back for some gybe practice to the Futura 111, but the speed runs were all on the Isonic, just struggled to get back foot in the strap a few times, but it will come with practice. Great to see Andy Ridgeway from Vass, and Mark Hayford also  lots of regulars there, a good turn out, Sun shone too :-)

Arrived about 9.30am, forecasted winds didn't show so short light wind session, wind keep't getting lighter and lighter. Maybe I should have arrived earlier with John. Still fun though:) .

Only managed to get in 2 runs down the wall before the wind dropped off as the tide breached the wall, waited around to see if the wind would pick back up after the tide receded but it dropped off even further so it wasnt even worth riggng a bigger sail.

Still nice to get on the water though and loving the Mistral 112/KA Race 7.9 combo, when fully powered it felt great and easy to sail, just need a slightly bigger fin to get back upwind easier
