Good to be back on the water as my last real session was over a month ago. Incoming high tide session in the bay. Good angle and solid breeze, but rolling chop to contend with. Wind strongest and most steady in the middle of the bay. The wind tended to fizzle out close to motorway so best to slingshot early and hang on thru the chop. Had several spinout wipeouts! (Flatter by mtrway but less wind)

Overpowered at times and could have rigged my 5.8 EVO 5, but left my 400 mast at home - Oh Shiiiit!!

Best run was first run. Arms felt rather stretched after half an hour (unfit)

PB - Spot average and 500m - Oouch!!
