With the dissapearing of the Locosys devices people (like myself) are experimenting with other devices like gps watches. A lot of thes watches are not as precise as the doppler ones. On the other hand they are a lot more userfriendly.
My point is that with the new site it is no longer possible to post manually and the filters of the sites block everything that is not recorded with a one second gps fix interval. Most watches can't cope to well with making turns and at that point go to a 2 second gps fix.
Would you be so kind to make it possible again to post manually or allow gps devices to make a gps fix every 2 seconds. Just like before with the old site.
My goal is not to set spotrecords or be the best in the world.
I think most of the site users are just ordinary recreational guy's and girls just like me. You could concider to devide the rankings in a competion part and a recreational part. The competion part only posting with doppler devices and the recreational part posting is allowed manually and with non doppler devices with less strict filters. That way l lot more people can use the benefits of the site an the ones that get so excited that they want to compete can by a doppler device whenever a good and solid (waterproof) replacement of the GT-11 and GT-31 is available.
