1. Dashboard > Add Event > Edit Event,
select first instance of event from list,
click button DELETE_EVENT
no result, event is still listed 2x in Main menu > Events
2.Dashboard > Add Event > Edit Event,
select second instance of event from list,
click button DELETE_EVENT
no result, event is still listed 2x in Main menu > Events
