Wow what a fantastic day! Sun and nice southerly winds! Sea became quite rough when the wind increased.

Spend some time testing different combos today. The funny thing was that I had almost the same speeds no matter what combo I used... 
Isonic77 / 7.0 / 40  
Isonic 67 / 7.0 / 36
Isonic 67 / 6.2 / 34

Best speeds over longer distances was with the I-77 / 7.0 and also some of the best alphas was also with I-77, so for a slalom race that would have been the best choice today. The I-77 works surprisingly well with 7.0.

Nice with visitors from Nyköping also! Speed-Rogga showed how to do it! Well done and nice top speeds in the rough sea, Rogga! From now on you will be 'Kamikaze-Rogga' :-) 

In the end of the day, I noticed that Mick went out on his big kit for an hour attempt, so I decided to go out and join him. But when I was going to pass the small island, I noticed a guy sitting on his board. He did not call for any attention, so first I was thinking of just passing him, but just to be sure, went down to him to ask how he was and realized that he was totally exhausted and frozen. The water is still quite cold here.

So instead of an hour-attempt, I spend my last hour on a rescue operation. The guy was from Turkey and normally windsurf in Alacati, so not at all use to sail in cold conditions like this. He was using a 3mm wetsuit and no glows, no hood and only thin shoes.

It was impossible to tow him in, but he was drifting towards the Island, so I went in to get a small wave sail and brought my Mystic Shark Skin Battle Jacket and went back to the island. We swiched sails and he got the jacket and got some temperature back, so he could finally sail back with the wave sail. 

I can say that there is one Turkish guy that loves my new Mystic Shark Skin Battle Jacked!! :-)
