bit late  at the session,,, came in later than everyone attending the meeting before adjerned 

happy with my alpha as its closing up the gap from my all out belistic nitro  speed and my turn  ,,, havent had a session like that for years where you can actually lean back rather than hold on ,,, wind was moving with me  in fact i think over took me in places,,, my one mile was a bonus  as i dint do more than a  couple 100 yards  in one direction ! ,,,, Happy Hernias
