Thought I'd try something different today as wasn't sure if West Kirby was going to be open due to wall repairs.

Not a great day in that I was late arriving and then got chased off land I was going to launch from.  Very difficult to access this place esspecially when not a local.

On the plus side I was pleased with my speeds in quite square 50knot conditions.  The new loft racing blade was just amazing turning every bit of power into forward drive and control.  Would love to have tried it on the RDM mast in the gusty inland conditions but the van was about 1km of pure mud away and the clock was ticking fast with the tide.  Had to retire early as the guys I was sailing with went and its not the kind of place to sail alone!  Probably only did 10 runs which is a bit frustrating as my average could have been improved with more time.
