Up at 4:30am to arrive WK at 9:00am. The forecast was always going to be SQUARE with no mega speeds promised. The wind was up and down from 20mph to 40mph WSW. Sailing square on just didn't work for me ... felt like I was dragging a bucket. Glad I came - but disappointed with speeds .... Probably should have stuck to slalom board .... or maybe STAYED IN BED :-)

Busy day! Good to back on my own kit again, Square conditions, Finished early to rest a sore shoulder, Fun day blasting!

Nice short afternoon session. It was a bit of a lottery in today's gusty on off winds. Started on the big W58 which to be the best board for the gusty wind. I missed the magic 25 minutes when I came in to change to the smaller W44, the wind dropped off when I got back in the water and never really really came back, bloody typical. But, it was still fun and not to cold. Good turn out of speed sailors.

well we knew it would be square with a wsw wind at kirby , forcast for 25-38 knots , it blew though midday for about an hour , that was it , still good to get out with faz , plus the added bonus of recieving my new 2020 simmer sails , one of which i used 5.8 scr , superb to say the least

was trying for a decent 500m but didnt really happen , loads of pull just lacking in speed , square is never that fast here . 40 knot peak ,but the main thing is my shoulder is good , so looking forward now to a decent westerly
