Had rigged my gear. Pt Chev cam was showing 26 knots gusting 30 plus, then as i thought about launching, a whiteout line of wind and water spout appeared. Thought it best that i hold my gear down. First time
I've felt i might get hit by a tornadoe. Session ended up WNW with bit too much NW. 0.9 low tide at 5.42pm. Tide was way too high when i hit the water at 4pm. Too choppy. Good that it was an outgoing tide so tried some Down winders towards Chelsea and Birkenhead wharf. Fasted run was my first run in middle of the harbour - managed to find a semi flat line chasing rolling chop.
