Defi Wind Day 1

Defi clinic met pieterbijlwindsurfing.

Pas later op de dag het water op, omdat de wind dan wat af zou nemen. Of dat echt gebeurde??? Volle bak wind voor 5.6, ter vergelijk: met een 3.2 stond je ook goed gepowered. Ging prima met 5.6, de simmer 96 3xs geeft erg veel rust om stevig gas te blijven geven.

Aan het einde van de dag nog wat speed runs geprobeerd op een hele haakse baan. Snelste run is niet door mij gevaren maar door Pieter

Morning session in hard core conditions. Too bad nobody else was on the water for the first 1.5 hours.

Wrong choise for trying to use a speed board.

Too much wind to have good control, but lots of fun with the Defi group. Dennis also thx for the tips, next time I will go out with you on the open sea.

Second session of the day just after the first Defi Kite heat. Nice stretch with Thomas to Port la Nouvelle.

Maxed 80.9km/hr. Never been so quick on a slalom board.

Eveining (third) stint. Switched off the GW 60 between sessions and they got split, Will keep it on the next time and charge it when on since it doesn't last a whole day.

Voor t eerst goed gevaren op de 61. Super board icm de 5.2. Morgen ipv de 34 de 32 er onder zetten en ervaren hoe ie dan gaat.......

First touch ever with the Tramontana! Combinaton of strong offshore wind with flat water for approx. 10km down to Port La Novelle - its really amazing.
