Looking like fairly strong SSE wind on Tuesday down here. Does anyone know if it's worth a look at St John's in this direction? Works well on the other tack but is the wind clean enough in SE / SSE??? Tides look superb for a lunch/early afternoon session.

Hi Paul, it does work in a SE/SSE but gusty is the word! The hill over towards Mt.Edgcumbe seems to shadow it a bit too much. Still good fun but not as clean or fast as SW/WSW though. Sounds like wind vanished today as the tide got right.

Thanks Bryn. Gave it a miss in favour of waves today! Looks like it might be good this weekend, but I'll be away in Wales.
