a very hard day to pick the gusts , you can end up doing 20 to 30 runs and miss the best of it due to its gustiness ,and again very nervous the wind very frustrating...

you would have to catch 2 to 3 gusts to complete one run and try to focus not to loose much speed inbetween them but some really good bullets coming through ...

Again our wind direction did not play to our advantage it just didnt swing to more SE ... so it was making the runs short or you would have to bear off deep of the wind but that kills the power which i actually did so was pretty much sheeted out doing these runs just to gain more speed ...

there was plenty good strong gusts there to get higher speeds but the direction was wrong .. pity!!!!\\

good flat water at the begining as the tide was low but not that strong , and a bit of weed in the water as the tide was low , bloody weed...afterwards the wind started to pick up and so did the tide + the chop , if only it stayed low tide dammmm

At the begining i managed a 40kt run with the 112 but afterwards the board was getting to big in the gusts....

should have put on the 5.6 later on in the day just to ease the fatigue and better control..

Very good turn up today with alot of sailors and a few PBs on the way ,,, top stuff guys and was good having you there...

managed a 38.33 kt - 500 m run which is ok due to the conditions
